I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable as advertised, but there were some issues with the service. The location was convenient for traveling but had some access challenges. The facilities were standard.

The service didn't inform us we needed a parking pass and almost got towed. The staff was rude and unwilling to assist with questions about shuttle service, making us feel like a burden. However, they redeemed themselves with really nice business amenities.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with clean and modern rooms offering good noise screening from the Interstate above. The air conditioning worked well, and although my room wasn't facing Long Beach Harbor, it was still a nice Non-Smoking room. However, the incessant noise from the bell and driver staff made the location extremely loud at times.
